Hello Stylish Travellers, long time no see!
Sorry for this girls, but you know how it's important to broaden oneself set of skills at anytime.
So while I was preparing some important exams, (guys I had no less than 19 courses to take and pass..), I could not be consistent with you on the blog.
But here we are now and let's go back when we decided with Bae to head towards Australia for a discovery road trip, the places and the food!.
Now time to share useful travel tips and savvy ideas!
We started our Australian trip in Sydney, coming from Luxembourg, with stop-overs at Stockholm and Doha.
Travelling with Qatar Airways was a blessing, considering the length of the flight i.e 36 hours only on our way back!
Great advantage : the lounges during stop-overs make all the difference since you do not wander to find a place to sit and to rest or eat. Everything is provided during your lounge experience which includes a hot shower, the food...
FIRST thing first, let me take you to the the places that we were, then roll over my favorites styles.

2- In my suitcase
You definitely could assume that a suitcase could be randomly done, but to face the reality of "what do I wear and when?", you want to carefully consider what you put in your suitcase.
To match outfits with various outdoor / outing activities, add a tad of style and not exceed the luggage weight limits, there is no secret: Know Your Whereabouts.
The challenge to me was to match - Climate change which can be quiet but also considering the following: - Long hours two ways travel; - Countryside road trip; - City outings; - Things to do.
Suitcase :
1/ Jeans : two pairs of white, one pair of black and one pair of blue jeans.
2/ Tops : crop tops (green, white and sequin- matching sets) :
3/ Matching sets : sports (4 ), 1 skirt and pant and tops
4/ Dresses : 2
5/ Swimwear : a bunch of them (was to much i did not used them all)
6/Shoes: one pump, 3 flats sandals, 3 pairs of sneakers (for hiking, running and everyday stroll)
Vanity case
- African Sponge
- Q-tips and make-up pads
- Make up removal,
- Hair conditionner,
- Shampoo samples
Make up bag (as part of carry-on luggage containing Fenty Beauty Match Stix, no foundation. Ideal to travel and pass custum security
White, green eye pencils, one eye liner
- Lips sticks : Mac (Retro matte liquid color "Feel so Grand" and "Oh Lady").
Styles
Underneath are some of the styles I wore.
As a basic, my treated Sheepskin coat coming from Bash.
This coat is a life saver in any circumstances and helped me through a lot including dept snow. Perfect for winter, but also transitioning towards to spring, especially if you are sensitive to the cold.
My preferred sneakers Botas 66.
For the rest, I choose a jean and a top from Fashionnova since they complement all body types.
At this point of the trip (where I'm writing this post down), me and Bae are now in Melbourne and we have already driven more than 1800 kilometres...which is not that much if we compare this to the size of this continent!

Hydro Majestic Hotel
This hotel interiors are an unexpected mix between ART deco and Edwardian Style. The restaurant was in full blossom which was a delight for the eyes . I did not take pictures to not distract the customers and the customs of the place, but it was simply magnificent! In french i would say "Gros coup de coeur"!

Batemans Bay : Best Flat shoes ever, got them from Marbella Last year at a very affordable price . The shop was a tiny one not far from the beach shore.

Ovolo Nishi
What to Say? The place is an architectural piece of art, an eye catcher which is truly very unconventional.
We enjoyed each bit of our stay, except that the shower was not working in our bedroom. We where immediately taken care of by being put in a ....smaller room. But the lady in charge was so welcoming and tried to fix the issues for the best.

FINAL WORDS: Travelling that far was a blessing. Discovering a whole new world, new people and new styles was an inspiration for TheStyleTracker aka The ST. One of my best memories would be the fooding part since Australia is a land of food fusion. The influence of Asian food is everywhere, providing an easy access to healthy food. The landscape is not to be disregarded despite the fact that we couldn't visit all the places, Australian nature is absolutely a blast!
I wish I would have meet more natives, but this is another topic of discussion!
