Mac nude lipstick- Best nude/light brown combo!

Want a hint of glam and more self-confidence! You're at the right place!
I usually leave my home with my lips coated with lipstick! Is it pure vanity or is there more than a fashion trend?
According to Lipsource, "the behaviour associated with everyday grooming priorities of human beings is ritualistic in nature. The use of lipstick in this context is, of itself, seen as a ritualistic process."
The same study indicates that "wearing lipstick to attract the opposite sex as suggested by the literature, is not as high as wearing it for self-esteem and confidence".
The word is said: wearing lipstick can help women feel a variety of attributes and amongst them feeling "very confident".
Another study finding shows that wearing makeup can make women feel more positive about themselves.
To me, it's a fact that wearing lipstick is the final touch of boosting your self-confidence aside from better-academic performance for instance.
So let's get this confidence today with one of our preferred combos, for everyday makeup.
Generally, when wearing choosing my lipstick, I am driven by an emotion. Hence a have various shades that I wear in specific circumstances. To make the most of my lipsticks collection, and to be able to tone down or up my appearance depending on the moment of the day, I like to play with to shades. I am also paying attention to the level of hydratation provided to my lips!
So in light of all the above, here is TST preferred combo for everyday glam up: the Toast and Butter Mac Liptensity Lipstick and the Quartzette Mac Retro.

- Sustainability score - Mac achieves E level on the sustainability score report because "only a little information is published about a policy on sustainability. It is hard to see the effort MAC is making on sustainability." Therefore, more policy and transparency is needed.
