Ah, a tall blond model, a showgirl, a television personality.

Well, I agree with her. I 'd slightly favour a consistent morning routing than join the diet girls band waggon.

After the holiday's bliss, this post is to bring you a consistent morning routine that will help you keep a flat stomach as well as do very well for your mind. Of course, training is essential; nonetheless for the lazy ones, like me, following a daily morning routine before jumping in the shower is my go to. Exercising three times a week, no thanks ! (Let me know if you want to know more about this straightforward routine!) .

The challenge is to hold each day for 12 minutes the 15 poses below, before going to work or in the evening. I think it's better doing it in the morning. You can start by taking only a few of them as well.

I will post comparison pictures by December, hopefully.

Join the challenge and do something free and good for you.

Note that it's easier to stick to a goals when you disclose about them to your entourage. Furthermore it's easier when we do it together!
